HOW TO BOOK A SELF-STORAGE ROOM

We have a selection of rooms of different sizes and different dimensions to suit a variety of needs so we would recommend that you come and view the rooms before making your decision.

OUR SIMPLE 12 STEP GUIDE

STEP 1

Visit the H2H Self-Storage centre and view the available rooms.

STEP 2

Decide how long you need the room for. *

STEP 3

Decide if you need insurance.

STEP 4

Choose your room and sign a contract.

STEP 5

Don’t forget to bring in a photo ID for proof of identity.

STEP 6

Make payment.

STEP 7

Purchase packaging supplies if needed. A Padlock is needed!

STEP 8

Organise transportation.

STEP 9

Move your items or possessions in when you are ready.

STEP 10

Use the free trolleys to move your items into your room.

Access your room 7 days a week.

When you want to vacate your room, just give seven days’ written notice. **

* Our minimum storage period is 7 days and we offer great discounts for long term storage.
** After a room check we will refund your deposit and any money paid in advance for the remainder of the month.
